Information we collect

Storrow Labs collects information you submit when you request information, send a project inquiry, schedule a call, or engage us for services. This may include your name, work email, company, inquiry details, booking information, and the systems or workflows you describe.

We also collect limited technical and attribution information such as the page visited, referral or campaign parameters, browser type, approximate location, and interaction events. We do not ask you to submit confidential client records, credentials, protected health information, or regulated data through the public inquiry form.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential work, schedule calls, deliver services, secure and improve the website, understand campaign performance, and meet legal or operational obligations.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel. When enabled, Formspree processes inquiry submissions and Cal.com processes scheduling information. Vercel Web Analytics provides privacy-friendly traffic measurement. With your permission, Meta and LinkedIn may receive website interaction data for advertising measurement. Their own policies govern their processing.

Cookies and choices

Storrow Labs stores your measurement preference in your browser. Advertising measurement technologies remain disabled unless you select “Allow measurement.” You can change that choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Browser privacy controls and blocking tools may provide additional choices.

Retention and disclosure

We retain inquiry and business correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell information submitted through the inquiry form. We may disclose information to service providers working on our behalf or when required by law.
